We have a specials board that changes regularly to reflect the seasons

Some examples are:

 Morrocan Lamb & Prune Tagine served with almond & coriander cous cous and mixed leaves

Chermoula- a Moorish Persian stew of slow cooked aubergine served with herby bulgar wheat & tahini sauce

Kedgeree- A delicious curried rice dish with smoked haddock & cream topped with a hard boiled egg and served with mixed salad leaves
